论以人为本与党的群众路线的内在一致性

On the Internal Consistency Between People-oriented and CPC's Mass Line

从价值论的视角看,以人为本坚持"发展为了人民",是对经济主义"见物不见人"价值观的反正,与"一切为了群众"的价值取向相一致;从动力论的视角看,以人为本坚持"发展依靠人民",是对科学主义对科技力量盲目崇拜的否定,与"一切依靠群众"的社会发展动力观点相一致;从方法论的视角看,以人为本坚持"发展成果由人民共享",是对本位主义消极后果的矫正,与群众路线之工作方法的终极目的相一致。可见,在科学发展不断推进的今天,践行党的群众路线与坚持以人为本是内在一致的。

From the value theory perspective,People-oriented that adheres to the view of＂development for the people＂and opposes to economism values which＂see things but not people＂,is consistent with the value orientation which asserts＂all for masses＂;from the dynamic theory perspective,it insists to the view of＂development depends on the people＂and negates to scientism which blind worship technological strength,is in accordance with the concept of social dynamic which advocates＂all depend on the masses＂;from the methodology perspective,it adheres to the view of＂development fruits shared by the people＂and redresses to the negative consequences of selfishness,is coordinate with the ultimate purpose of the working methods of the CPC＇s Mass Line.Visibly,in the days which scientific development is promoted constantly,practicing the CPC＇s Mass Line is consistent with adhering to People-oriented internally.
