摘要
目的 探讨少见肠梗阻的诊断及治疗.方法 回顾性分析5年收治的20例少见肠梗阻的临床资料.结果 20例病人中,3例胆石性肠梗阻,4例柿石性肠梗阻,4例放射性肠炎致肠梗阻,小肠扭转2例,小肠内疝3例,乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症3例,肠系膜根部挛缩致血运性肠梗阻1例,均经手术治愈.结论 正确认识少见病因引起的肠梗阻的临床特点,对指导诊断和治疗有着重要的意义.
Objective To elucidate the diagnosis and treatment of rare intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of rare intestinal obstruction admitted on Department of Color- ectal ＆ Anal Surgery of our hospital during 5 years were retrospectively. Results The rare intestinal obstruction was induced by gallstone ileus in 3 cases, by persimmon stone in 4 cases, by radiation en- teritis in 4 cases, by enteric volvulus in 2 cases, by hernia in the small intestine in 2 cases, by sigmoid endometriosis in 3 cases, and vascular supply origin caused by contracture in mesentery root in 1 ca- ses. All the patients were cured surgically. Conclusions To recognize the clinical features of the rare intestinal obstruction is significant for its diagnosis and treatment.
