预制疲劳裂纹最大载荷对CTOD值的影响

摘要 在海洋工程中,由于导管架长期服役在恶劣环境条件下,并且承受着井口、立管、上部组块等形成的工作荷载,安全性与服役寿命是设计者尤为关心的课题。通常情况下,根据断裂力学设计理念,采用CTOD测试其断裂韧性。而在不同的疲劳裂纹预制载荷下,CTOD值差异很大,本文主要通过试验对比的方法验证了这一命题。 During offshore engineering, the safety and service life of jacket has long been particularly concerned about by the designers due to the fact that jacket serves in harsh environmental conditions continiously and bears the work load formed by wellheads, risers and topside. Under normal circumstances, researchers would check the fracture toughness using CTOD test according to the idea of the fracture mechanics design. CTOD values vary widely with the changes of fatigue crack prefabricated loads. In the paper, this proposition was verified by comparing the results of different testing methods.
