摘要
针对激光焊接紧密对接焊缝(焊缝间隙不大于0.1 mm),研究焊缝图像增强方法,提出利用自适应中值滤波法去除焊缝磁光图像噪声,并结合小波变换图像增强技术,进一步突出焊缝过渡带边缘特征,实现焊缝位置的识别。试验结果表明,自适应中值滤波融合小波变换图像增强算法能够准确地识别焊缝过渡带并提取焊缝中心坐标,为焊缝的准确识别与跟踪奠定基础。
For micro-gap(the gap width was less than 0.1 mm) seam laser butt welding, an adaptive median filter method was applied for removing magneto-optical image noise. The edge characteristic of weld transition region was enhanced by wavelet transform image enhancement technology, finally, micro-gap weld position was detected.Experimental result showed that using adaptive median filtering method the weld transition region could be accurately identified and weld position extraction could be realized, which provided a foundation for the real-time weld tracking of laser welding.
