Dental visit behavior of preschool children and influence factors in Jiangshan city

目的调查学龄前牙科患儿就诊行为状况,分析学龄前牙科患儿发生行为问题的影响因素。方法采用自制问卷,参考改良Venham儿童行为量表,对246名学龄前牙科患儿的就诊行为现况进行调查并对其相关影响因素进行分析。采用单因素方差分析确定出有意义的影响因素,将其纳入logistic回归方程进一步分析。结果 246名学龄前牙科患儿中有186名患儿存在不配合行为,行为问题发生率为75.61%;年龄越小,在就诊过程中发生不配合行为的可能性越大,而外伤、尖周炎是就诊发生不配合行为的主要危险因素。结论学龄前牙科患儿普遍不配合就诊,尤其是外伤、尖周炎患儿,要充分给予重视。

Objective To survey dental visit behavior of preschool children and analyze the factors influencing occurrence of the behavior. Methods A self-designed questionnaire based on modified Venham＇s child behavior checklist were used to investigate dental visit behavior among 246 preschool children. Significant influence factors were selected by single fac-tor variance analysis, and using the logistic regression equation for further analysis. Results 186 cases among 246 preschool children have the problems of dental visit behavior（75.61%）.The younger the age, the greater the possibility of the behavior occurred in the treatment process, and trauma, periapical periodontitis were the main risk factors of the behavior. Conclusion Preschool children generally do not cooperate with their dental treatment,more attention should be paid, especially for the children with trauma, periapical periodontitis.
