摘要 目的通过对大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况进行分析,为开展公共场所集中空调卫生监管提供依据。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006)的要求,对37家公共场所的集中空调进行检测和评价。结果送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、β-溶血性链球菌合格率均为100.00%;细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为85.71%和84.35%;风管内表面的积尘量和细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为90.48%、97.83%和89.13%;冷却水中嗜肺军团菌合格率为100.00%。结论目前大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,对人群健康构成潜在危害。应加强卫生监测,加大监督管理力度。 Objective To analyze hygiene situation of central air conditioning ventilation systems in public places of Dalian city, so as to provide basis for hygienic management of central air conditioning in public places. Methods According to the Hygienic Standards for Centralized Air Conditioning Ventilation System in public places ( 2006), the microbiological indices of central ventilation and air conditioning systems in 37 pub- lic places of Dalian city were tested. Results The qualified rates of PM10 and~ - hemolytic streptococcus were both 100. 0%. The total bacteria and total fungi were 85.71% and 84. 35% respectively in air supplied outlet. The qualified rates of accumulated dust mass, total bacteria and total fungi on the internal surface of ventilation ducts were 90. 48%, 97.83% and 89. 13%, respectively. The qualified rates of Legionella pneumophila in the condensed water was 100%. Conclusions Microbial contamination exist in central ventilation and air condi- tioning systems in public places of Dalian city, have potential danger to human health. Sanitary control should be strengthened, and to increase the regulatory efforts.
