摘要 目的:验证前期制定的家庭医生绩效考核指标体系的可操作性,确定各指标考核目标,分析评价中心家庭医生制服务存在的不足。方法:随机抽取中心10位家庭医生进行考核指标预评估,运用数理统计方法,计算当月绩效得分,结合行政主管部门的要求和实际开展情况,确定各指标考核目标。结果:家庭医生当月绩效得分最低84.27分,最高94.93分,算术均数90.29分,标准差3.37。结论:该考核指标体系数据来源相对可靠,具有较好的可操作性,家庭医生在吸引居民签约并利用服务、临床合理诊疗、慢性病规范管理等方面仍需持续改进。 Objective: To validate the operability of the early developed indicator system of the performance appraisal for the family doctors to determine each appraisal objective of the indicators and analyze and assess the existing problems in the family doctor system service of the center. Methods: In the center 10 family doctors were randomly chosen to pre-assess their appraisal indicators. Each appraisal objective of the indicator was determined with the scores of the performance appraisal of this month, which were calculated with the method of mathematical statistics, and combined with the requirements of the administrative departments and the actual development situation. Results: The lowest score of the month performance appraisal obtained by the family doctor was 84.27 points. the highest one 94.93 points, the arithmetic mean 90.20 points and the standard deviation 3.46. Conclusion: The data source of this appraisal indicator system is relatively reliable and has good operability. The family doctors still need the continuous improvement in the attraction of the residents signing, reasonable diagnosis and treatment, and standardized management of the chronic diseases and other aspects.
