中医全科医师社区教学实践探讨

Discussion on the community teaching practice of the general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探索中医全科医师社区实践的教学模式,提高经规范化培训后社区中医全科医师的中医技能,以培养适应社区工作的中医全科人才。方法:对2012年2月至2014年8月来我中心中医全科社区实践的规范化培训学员采用调查问卷法,对社区实践需要获得的能力、带教形式、时间分配、影响带教的因素等进行调查。结果:学员最需要获得的能力是对社区常见病的中医诊治能力,而师资质量参差不齐、学员对中医全科认识不足、教学目标不明确是影响社区带教效果的主要因素。结论:中医全科医学社区实践是中医全科医师培养的重要一环,社区实践需要重视中医技能的培养,提高带教师资的教学水平。

Objective： To explore the teaching model of the community practice of the general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） who had received the standardized training to enhance their TCM technical skill and to train them to become the TCM talents who would adapt to the community work. Methods： The trainees who came to our center for the community practice standardized training of the general practitioners from Feb. 2012 to Aug. 2014 were investigated with the questionnaire. The ability which required to be obtained in the community practice, teaching method, time distribution, factors which affected the teaching and others were investigated. Results： The ability that the trainees most needed was the one of TCM diagnosis and treatment of the community common diseases. But the main factors which influenced the community teaching effect were that the quality of the teachers was uneven, the trainees were in insufficient understanding of TCM and teaching objective was not clear. Conclusion： The community practice of TCM general practitioners is an important part in its training. The community practice should pay attention to the TCM skill train and the improvement of the teachers＇ teaching level.
