Vitalstim治疗仪治疗中枢性面瘫疗效观察

Observation of the effect of Vitalstim treatment instrument in the treatment of central facial paralysis of thirty patients

目的:观察Vitalstim治疗仪对脑卒中后中枢性面瘫的治疗效果。方法:收集2012-2013年脑卒中合并中枢性面瘫患者60例,脑卒中均经MRI或CT诊断,将患者随机分成对照组(进行常规面瘫训练)30例和治疗组30例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加用Vitalstim仪治疗;每次30 min,每天1次,10次为1个疗程,共6个疗程。疗程结束后评估两组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈3例,显著12例,好转15例,无效0例,总有效率(痊愈+显著)为50%;对照组痊愈1例,显著4例,好转17例,无效8例,总有效率16%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:Vitalstim治疗仪能明显改善脑卒中患者的中枢性面瘫症状。

Objective： To observe the effect of Vitalstim treatment instrument in the treatment of the central facial paralysis after stroke. Methods： Sixty stroke patients with central facial paralysis were collected from 2012 to 2013, whose stroke were all diagnosed with MRI or CT and were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 30 cases each. Based on the routine treatment, the Vitalstim treatment instrument was added to the treatment group for 30 min each time, once a day. 10 times for 1 course of the treatment, a total of 6 courses. The treatment efficacy was evaluated in two groups after 6 courses finished. Results： Three cases were cured, 12 ones were better, 15 ones improved and no one invalid in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 50%, including the cured and better cases. One case was cured, 4 ones were better, 17 ones improved and 8 ones invalid, and the total effective rate was 16%. The treatment result of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference had the statistical significance（P=0.03）. Conclusion： Vitalstim treatment instrument can obviously improve the symptom of central facial paralysis of the patients with stroke.
