摘要
目前传统的测试设备自检单元仅对各路激励信号和采集通道进行检查,而无法检测到工作时序逻辑,一旦测试设备时序出现异常将对产品测试安全性造成影响。为此,文中提出了一种基于时序逻辑的测试设备检测装置设计方法,介绍了检测装置的软硬件开发以及工作流程和主要功能,实际应用结果分析表明,该检测装置大幅提高了对测试设备的检测深度,在设备早期故障剔除和产品测试安全性方面均有较大的改进。
At present,the self-test unit of the traditional test equipment covers only channel checks,and can not detect the work temporal logic,which may affect the product's safety testing if the test device timing is abnormal.This paper presents the design and implementation of a checking device for the temporal logic of power supply interface including the design,hardware / software development,and the entire work process and functions. Results show that the checking device greatly improves detection depth,early malfunction elimination and product safety testing.
