上海轨道交通设施设备统筹管理的经验与探索

Experiences and Exploration of the Overall Management of Shanghai Rail Transit Facilities and Equipment

回顾了上海申通地铁集团成立10年以来,上海轨道交通在设施设备统筹管理方面改革和创新的三个阶段,总结了目前形成的设施设备统筹管理的五个能力。同时,提出了上海轨道交通设施设备统筹管理可持续发展的四个目标。

By reviewing the history of Shanghai Sherttong Metro Group which was founded 10 years ago, three stages of equipment reform and innovation in the overall manage- ment of Shanghai rail transit are introduced, five functions in present management of facilities and equipment are sum- marized. At the same time, four goals for the sustainable development and management of Shanghai rail transit facil- ities and equipment are proposed.
