摘要 相对传统的列车自动控制系统,基于通信的列车控制(CBTC)信号系统设备的现场调试工作量较小,但对安装工艺的要求较高,因此在设备送电调试之前的现场定测、安装督导、检查与测量等工作异常重要。根据CBTC信号系统设备调试人员的实际工作过程,提出了广义的现场调试概念,将达到设备正常运行所需的、除设备安装之外的现场各项相关工作都纳入调试工作范围内。CBTC系统设备现场调试工作分为现场定测、安装督导、检查与测量、测试与调试、设备试运行五个步骤,并需强化调试与安装之间的密切衔接,以缩短现场调试时间,尽早使设备投入使用。 Compared to the previous automatic train control system, the on-site debugging workload of CBTC signal sys- tem equipment installed in urban rail transit vehicle is smal- ler, but it requires higher quality in the installation process. So, the on-site location survey, installation supervision, in- spection and surveying work prior to powering the debug- ging has become extremely important. In this paper, a broad concept of debugging, classifying and all the related on-site work are presented to implement a normal operation of equipment in addition to equipment installation. The scope of the on-site debugging work includes 5 steps as men- tioned above, so as to ensure close links between debugging and installation, reduce on-site commissioning time, and put the equipment into use as quickly as possible.
