顺昌县杉木林地地租确定的敏感性分析

Analysis on the Sensitivity of the Land Rent of Chinese fir Forest in Shunchang County

该文以顺昌县杉木林地为研究对象,参考顺昌县国有林场杉木林平均生长与生产状况,收集有关的技术经济指标,运用林地期望价法,计算顺昌县现有杉木林地的合理基本地租,分别就木材价格变动与劳动成本变动并对此基本地租进行敏感性分析,从而为规范与适时调整顺昌县林地流转提供参考。

Taking fir forest of Shunchang County as the object, refering to Chinese fir forest average growth and production status of Shunchang state-owned forest farm,collecting relevant technical and economic indi- cators, using the method of forest land price expectations to calculate the reasonable basic rent, based on the change of the price of wood and labor costs, the sensitivity of the basic rent of the land was analyzed, providing reference for specification and timely adjustment of woodland circulation in Shunchang County.
