AQP1 P57kip2在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨水通道蛋白1(AQPl)和P57kip2在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达和分布特点,及二者在食管鳞癌表达中的相关性及与肿瘤转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测75例食管鳞癌患者手术标本癌组织及癌旁组织中AQP1和P57kip2的表达水平,并与淋巴结转移数进行分析。结果鳞癌组织中AQPI阳性表达率70.7%(53/75),明显高于癌旁组织29.3%(22/75)(x。=25.626,P〈0.01);有淋巴结转移的鳞癌组织中AQP1阳性表达率87.5%(28/32),高于无淋巴结转移58.1%(25/43),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);P57kip2在鳞癌组织中阳性表达率33-3%(25/75)低于正常组织77.3%(58/75)(P〈0.05),且与食管鳞癌组织淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05);AQP1和P57kip2在食管鳞癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.849,P〈0.01)。结论AQPl高表达可能与食管癌的发生发展有关;AQP1和P57kip2联合检测可作为评估食管癌转移与预后的指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of aquaporin-1 ( AQP1 ) and P57kip2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( ESCC ) and to explore the correlation between AQP1 and P57kip2 in ESCC.Methods lmmunohistoehemical method ( SP method ) was used to detect the expression of AQP1 and P57kip2 in 75 cases of ESCC tissue and the normal tissue of the ESCC patients.And node metastasis were statistically comparative analysis. Results The positive rate of AQP1 was 70.7 % ( 53/75 ) in ESCC, significantly higher than that in the normal tissue of the ESCC patients 29.3 % (22/75) (P〈O.05) .The expression of AQP-1 was associated with lymph node metastasis in ESCC patients (P〈0.05) .The positive rate of P57kip2 was33.3 % ( 25/75 ) in ESCC, 77.3 % ( 58/75 ) in the normal tissue of the ESCC patients, There were significant differences ( P〈0.05 ) .There was a negative correlation between the expression of AQPI and P57kip2 in ESCC. Conclusion The high expression of AQP1 and the low express of P57kip2 may be concerned with the genesis and the development of human ESCC.The combined detection of AQPI and P57kip2 expression may be used in assessing the metasasis and predicting the clinical prognosis of ESCC.
