摘要
铁路集装箱运输在货源分布和流向上存在极大差异性,加上,由于运输方式间的激烈竞争和货主日益对其的高要求导致了箱流在运输方向上的不平衡更加突出,从而产生了大量的空箱运输,使铁路集装箱运输业蒙受了重大损失。本文结合现有的单一空箱调运模型,考虑铁路部门的最终目的是谋求效益最大化,构造一个新的重箱运输协调下的单一空箱调运模型,并结合该模型特点,设计双决策变量遗传算法,最后给出一个具体算例,更加符合铁路运输实际。
