Difficulties and Promoting Strategies for Medical Services Fee Adjustments in Public Hospitals

从政策角度分析医疗服务价格的演变过程、形成机制,研究新医改以来公立医院医疗服务价格调整的进展和问题,以34个国家级试点城市为例,探讨调整医疗服务价格的解决策略和路径,提出推进策略。文章认为,对于医疗服务价格调整,要深刻认识价格改革在公立医院改革中的地位和作用,坚持基本原则,处理好几个方面关系,并把握好几个技术难点。

The evolution and regime of the policy on the medical services price adjustment in China is analyzed.The progress and problems encountered in the implementation of medical services price adjustment in China are researched since the new health reform. Through using the 34 national public hospital reform pilot cities as examples,some policy recommendations on the implementing strategies and methodologies for the medical services price adjustment are provided：a profound understanding of the status and role of service price adjustment in public hospitals reform,adhering to some basic principles,managing some important relationships and a good grasp of a few technical difficulties.
