摘要
目的通过调查医院门诊预约挂号服务的内容、形式、管理模式等情况,为提高医院门诊预约挂号服务质量提供建议。方法通过对2011—2013年北京市共计42所医院门诊预约挂号服务进行全面统计分析,了解其门诊预约挂号服务现状。结果目前北京市预约挂号工作呈现覆盖范围广泛、形式多样的特点;患者预约挂号使用率提高,就医习惯逐渐改变。结论医院应多部门协作,提供完善的配套制度、足够的人力资源等作为保障,推动预约挂号工作进一步发展。
Objective To investigate the contents,forms,management modes of the appointment register to provide the suggestions for the improvement of hospital outpatient register appointment register service quality. Method Doing overall statistical analysis of outpatient register service of 42 hospitals in Beijing City,to understand the present situation(from 2011 to 2013) of outpatient appointment register service. Result It is showed that outpatient appointment registration service has covered a wide range of places in Beijing,with diversified forms. The usage rate of the appointment service has improved, along with that, the the habit of seeing the doctors has changed. Conclusion Cooperation among different apartments,the perfect supporting system and sufficient human resource should be regarded as the guarantee to promote the further development of appointment registration service.
