程淘生,富裕县人民医院院长、党总支书记。富裕县人民医院创建于1950年,是一所综合实力很强的二级甲等医院和爱婴医院,是哈尔滨医科大学附属一院、附属二院、附属三院和齐齐哈尔市第一医院等医院的对口支援医院及技术协作医院,承担着医疗、保健、教学、体检、伤残鉴定等任务。医院占地2.3万m-2,总建筑面积2.2万m-2;设有17个临床科室和14个医技科室,拥有1个社区卫生服务中心,并托管县120急救中心;现有职工442人;编制床位380张,实际开放床位。
Objective To provide more effective proof for the third-party mediation for medical disputes. Method Collecting 801 cases of medical disputes in a district happened in Nanjing from 2008 to 2013, and conducting interviews with healthcare workers, patients and professionals in people's mediation committee. Result The success rate of mediation reached 98.63%. In addition, the main factors contributing to the amount of the compensable amount are attitude of hospitals, patients present situation, and acceptance of medical identification. Conclusion The work of people's mediation committee is recognized by both sides of hospitals and patients, and it also promotes harmony between doctors and patients. However, there remain some difficulties, and it is suggested that law endows the doctor-patient dispute mediation committee of the investigative and identification rights.
