针对目前大多数国内机床制造企业和用户可靠性意识差,并对使用可靠性保障技术理论知识缺乏的状况,系统介绍了维护保养、维修决策、用户监控等3种常用的使用可靠性保障技术。包括这3种使用可靠性保障技术的基本概念、实施意义、应用原则等,具有一定理论指导和实用价值。这些使用可靠性保障技术已应用于机床制造领域,对有效发挥机床产品的固有可靠性具有实际意义,该技术也可推广到汽车、航空航天等机电产品制造和使用中。

In view of the condition that most of the domestic enterprise lack of reliability consciousness or suffer from the lack of reliability theory of knowledge in guaranteeing. Three reliability guaranteeing technology of usingreliability like maintenance, repair strategy, user control are introduced. The basic concept, significance of implementing, principle of application are produced. They have theoretical and practical value. These reliability analysis techniques have been used on various industries such as machine tool industry, auto industry and aerospace industry. It has been proved that these reliability analysis techniques can improve the product reliability effectively.
