摘要
针对操纵器盖铸造毛坯侧面存在拔模斜度,传统工装方案不易夹紧、耗时费力、效率低的问题,在分析了操纵器盖结构及尺寸精度的基础上,针对性地设计了一种操纵器盖液压自动夹具。详细阐述了该液压夹具的结构特点和工作原理,在对其切削力和夹紧力计算后,选取相应的液压缸结构尺寸及其传动元件,设计了一套液压传动系统。实际应用中:该夹具结构紧凑,操作简单,加工过程实现了稳定定位,缩短了辅助加工时间,提高了加工精度。
According to pattern draft in the side of manipulator cover casting blank,the traditional fixture design is not easy to clamping,time consuming,low efficiency problem,based on the analysis of the manipulator cover structure and size precision,designs a controller cover hydraulic automatic fixture. Elaborated on the structure characteristics and working principle of the hydraulic clamp,based on the calculation of the cutting force and clamping force,selection of hydraulic cylinder structure corresponding to the size and transmission components,designs a set of hydraulic transmission system. Practical application: the fixture has the advantages of compact structure,simple operation,processing process to achieve a stable position,shorten the processing time,make the processing more accuracy.
