摘要
介绍一种小型曲轴连杆颈新的加工工艺,研制一种高精度曲轴液压自动偏心夹具,该夹具为偏心距固定式单爪移动夹紧夹具,利用液压回转油缸提供动力,通过内部楔块将其转换为卡爪的径向夹紧力,实现卡爪对曲轴的夹紧和松开,降低工人劳动强度,提高机加效率。
Introduce a new processing technology for small precision crankshaft connecting rod neck,develop a high precision of crankshaft hydraulic automatic eccentric fixture,the fixture is for eccentricity fixed single claw movable clamping fixture,use hydraulic rotary cylinder to provide power,through internal wedge to convert it to radial clamping force of the jaws,realize the crankshaft clamping claw and release,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve machine efficiency.
