基于OpenGL ES的插齿加工实时仿真显示研究与实现

摘要 建立了利用OpenGL ES进行编程的环境,完成了开发环境的搭建,并在对OpenGL ES的工作原理进行分析的基础上实现初始化操作。针对插齿加工过程,根据机床的物理位置关系建立图形坐标系模型,由刀具和工件的相关参数生成各自的顶点数组并在建立的坐标系中对其进行建模,实时读取程序坐标值,实现刀具的上下往复运动和进给运动的轨迹仿真。建立示波器模型,读取各数控轴的跟随误差值,将其进行处理后在示波器中绘制出来,完成误差曲线的监测。最后,通过实验验证开发的图形监控功能模块仿真结果准确有效。 The programming environment of using OpenGL ES is established and completes the building of development environment. The operation of initialization is realized on the basis of analyzing the working principle of OpenGL ES. The graphics coordinate system model is created based on the physical location of the machine for gear shaping process,then,the vertex array of the tool and the workpiece are generated by the relevant parameters and the model of them are established on the coordinate system,and the program coordinate values are real-time read to realize the trajectory simulation of the vertical reciprocating motion of tool and feed movement. The oscilloscope model is established,and the following error values of each CNC axis are read and processed and then drew out on the oscilloscope to complete monitoring of error curve. Finally,the simulation results of graphical monitoring function module of development are accurate and effective by experimental verification.
