摘要
通过对数控机床的现场调试和验证,研究出了3种数控机床典型控制功能的PLC编制模板。数控机床调试人员熟练应用该模板后,可以触类旁通地进行其它控制功能的PLC编制,从而提高工作效率提升机床PLC整体安全性和可靠性。该模板在本企业多种类型数控机床上应用后效果显著,深受机床调试人员的喜爱。
Based on several years of commissioning and validation to debugging the CNC machine tool,research 3 kind of CNC machine tool＇s typical control functions PLC templates. The templates can also be made freely after a proficient application of the templates by debugging personnel. This can definitely improve work efficiency and can promote the machine＇s overall safety and reliability. The templates have ever been used on various types of CNC machine tools of author＇s company and showed remarkable effects,thus it is warmly welcomed by machine debugging personnel too.
