摘要
世界上各国的发展经验表明,科技创新和低碳经济协调发展才能更好地实现可持续发展。文章在建立科技创新和低碳经济系统的指标体系的基础上,利用熵值法确定了各指标的权重并通过构建的协调度模型测度了中国1995-2010年间科技创新系统和低碳经济系统的协调度。实证结果表明,在研究的样本期间,我国科技创新系统和低碳经济系统协调度正在不断提高,两个系统呈现出互相推动和共同协调发展的局面。最后,根据研究结果,文章提出了相应的政策建议。通过对科技创新和低碳经济两个系统间协调发展的研究,可以为发展我国低碳经济提供一个新的视角。
The development experience around the world shows that the coordinated development of technology inn-ovation and low-carbon economy can achieve the sustainable development. The coordinated development between technological innovat-ion and low carbon economy can promote the economic growth. Based on the construction of the index system of technological innovation and low carbon economy system, the paper uses the entropy method to ascertain the weight of the index, and then the paper constructs the model of coordinated degree model and measures the coordination degree of technological innovation system and low carbon economy from1995 to 2010. The empirical results show that the coordinated degree of technological innovation system and low carbon economy is increasing and the two systems exhibit the situation of mutual promotion and coordinated development. Finally, according to the findings, the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations. The research of coordinated development between technological innovation and low carbon economy can provide a new perspective for the development of low-carbon economy.
