轴承应用载荷和失效时间的推断

摘要 轴承失效的本质是轴承未能满足其使用寿命,从轴承寿命计算来剖析轴承失效时间和实际的应用载荷具有实际意义。以某型压缩机用7208B轴承为例,从轴承选型设计中的静载荷、轴承疲劳寿命L10h和Lnm的计算推断轴承失效时间和应用载荷。 The essence for failure of bearings is failed to reach its service life. The failure time and real applied load of bearings is analyzed from life calculation of bearings, which has practical significance. Taking the bearings 7208B for a certain type of compressor as an example, the static load in type selection design of bearings and bearing fatigue life Ltoh and Lnm are calculated to deduct failure time and application load of bearings.
