摘要
为了直观显示凸度滚子的轮廓形状与凸度量,并与理论设计的滚子轮廓曲线进行比较,在原有触针式轮廓仪机械架构的基础上,引入数字式数据测控系统。以VB为编程平台,实时采集数据并绘制曲线,测量完成即可对曲线进行旋转调平,最后通过实测曲线与划定的公差范围进行比较,判断被测滚子的合格状态并显示其凸度量。
In order to intuitively display profile shape of crowned rollers and compared with roller profile curve designed by theory, the digital data measurement and control system is introduced based on original mechanical structure of sty- lus profilometer. The VB is taken as programming platform, the real - time data is collected and the curve is drawn. The curve could be rotated to level after measurement. Finally, the qualified status of measured roller is judged and the crown value is displayed by comparing measured curve and defined tolerance range.
