摘要
为解决某非承载式车身轻型客车操纵稳定性试验的客观评分低于竞品车型的问题,首先对相关零部件进行分析,确定目标并提出改进方案。然后通过计算机仿真软件对所有方案进行仿真评价,针对分析可行的方案进行实车验证。最后在保证零件通用性和整车平顺性不受影响,且成本变化在可接受范围内的情况下,尽可能提高该车型操纵稳定性的评价计分。试验评价结果表明,改进效果达到了预期目标。
In order to solve the problem that the objective score in the handling stability of a body -on -frame light bus is lower than the one of the competing products, firstly, the relevant com- ponents are analyzed to determine the target and formulate the improvements; secondly, all programs are simulated and evaluated by the simulation software, and the feasible ones are verified with the real vehicle; finally, the score in the handling stability of this vehicle is maximized, while ensuring the commonality of components and the ride comfort of the vehicle is not affected, within an acceptable range of the cost change. The result of the test evaluation shows that the target is achieved by the im- proved design.
