花生及其他植物中木犀草素的研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 花生壳中木犀草素含量较高,是木犀草素的理想来源之一,开发利用花生壳中的木犀草素,可以提高花生的综合利用价值。本文阐述了木犀草素的理化特性及生物活性,并简述了木犀草素等黄酮类化合物在植物体内的生物合成途径及其人工合成方法,为进一步开展花生及其他植物木犀草素的研究提供参考。 Luteolin is a kind of natural flavonoids extracted from plants. It has multiple biological activities such as antioxidant,antiinflammation,anticancer,antipathogen and other physiological effects. Peanut shell is an important resource of luteolin with high content of flavonoid. As a renewable resource,peanut shell has wide appli-cation prospects in luteolin,if this compound could be extracted and purified efficiently. In this paper,we reviewed and discussed the physiological properties,bio - activities,biosynthesis and chemical synthesis of luteolin from peanut and other plants,which could provide reference for further research of luteolin in peanut and other plants.
