基于贸易三元边际的中国服务贸易开放度分析

Analysis of China's Service Trade Openness based on Ternary Margins of Trade

在全面分析中国服务贸易现状的基础上,文章创新性地从贸易三元边际角度,计算出分解的中国服务贸易开放度。研究发现:中国服务贸易整体开放度偏低,这与中国经济结构和经济增长方式有关;服务贸易开放中存在失衡现象,服务贸易开放主要体现在数量集约边际角度,不利于中国服务业和服务贸易的可持续发展。中国应积极发展现代服务业,重视提升服务贸易技术含量,吸收国际服务贸易新规则,积极培育技术研发、人力资本等新竞争力,探索加快推动中国服务贸易开放和发展并行的有效路径。

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of China＇s service trade,this paper innovatively calculates the decompositions of China＇s service trade openness,from the perspective of ternary margins of trade. The results revealed that China＇s service trade openness is low in general,which is related to China＇s economic structure and economic growth pattern; openness in service trade is out of balance and the openness of service trade is mainly reflected in the intensive margin of quantity,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of China＇s service industry and service trade. China should actively develop modern service industry,emphasize to enhance the technical content of service trade,absorb the new rules of international service trade to cultivate new competitiveness in the aspects of new technology research and development,human capital etc. so that effective path of facilitating the openness and development of China＇s service trade can be explored and implemented.
