摘要 为掌握沼气工程沼气发酵过程并且进行控制,设计了沼气发酵远程监控系统。该系统利用传感器对发酵罐内流量、温度、气压、p H值、CH4等参数进行测量并传输给PLC,PLC接收数据进行分析、处理,发出控制指令,同时通过连接在PLC上的无线CP243i模块将数据传输给计算机,再通过互联网将数据上传到远程服务器。用户利用不同的终端登陆系统,根据权限对各个地区的沼气工程进行数据查询、参数设置及报表打印等。该系统目前已运用到江苏省沼气工程的监控中,较好地实现了查看沼气发酵实时现场并且进行远程调控。 In order to grasp the process of biogas fermentation of biogas engineering and control it, the remote monitoring system was designed. The system uses sensors to measure the flow, temperature, pressure, pH, CH4 and other parameters, and then transmits these data to the PLC. When PLC receives the data, it will analyze and process the data and sends out the control command. At the same time, through a wireless CP243i module, it also will transfer data to the computer, and then upload the data via the Internet to a remote server. According to the system permissions, the user can log on the system to data query, parameter setting and report printing by using different terminals. The system has been applied to the monitoring of biogas engineering in Jiangsu province, the monitoring system can realize real-time view of hiogas fermentation and remote control.
