摘要
通过研究建立了工业源VOCs排放调查及测算方法,并基于实地调查的活动水平信息,采用排放因子法和物料衡算法建立了上海市青浦区工业源VOCs排放清单,总结分析青浦区典型行业VOCs排污环节和VOCs治理现状。结果表明,2013年青浦区工业源VOCs排放总量约为6170.6t;其中表面涂装,涂布和涂料生产是区内三大主要排放行业,排放量占全区总排放量的54.7%。其中涂布行业企业规模较大.排放水平较高;表面涂装行业以中小型企业为主。企业数量大、面广,污染治理难度较大;VOCs排放主要集中在青浦工业区内。所建立的排放源调查和估算方法可为其他地区开展类似工作提供技术参考和借鉴。
A method to establish industrial VOCs emission inventory has been developed through field investigation and estimation. Based on the collected activity data, an industrial VOCs emission inventory of Qingpu District in Shanghai was set up by using material balance and emission factor methods. Links and current control situation of VOCs emissions of typical industrial sectors in Qingpu District were analysed. The total VOCs emissions from industrial sources in the district amounted to about 6,170.6 tonnes in 2013. The sectors of painting, coating and paint production were the top three major ones accounting for about 54.7% of the total industrial VOCs emissions. The coating sector was characterised by larger enterprise scale and higher VOCs emissions, whilst the emission control in painting sector was much more difficult due to small scale and great number of enterprises. VOCs emitters were mainly located in Qingpu Industrial Park. Such a source investigation and emission estimation methodology could give a reference to similar studies in other regions.
