摘要
上海中心大厦绿色智能照明系统采用合同能源管理模式(EMC),该模式下,项目首次将100%LED照明产品与智能控制系统相结合,通过实时监控、数据采集、保经济通知等控制方法在节地、节水、节能、节材、节能、室内环境质量以及运营管理等方面都达到了国家三星级绿色建筑设计标准。另外,在实行EMC模式的同时,也是公私合营模式(PPP)的良好借鉴。
Energy management contracting (EMC) mode was used in the green intelligent lighting system of Shanghai Tower project. This is the first time that 100% LED lighting product is combined together with intelligent control system in this project. Various control methods, such as real-time monitoring, data acquisition and emergency announcement, etc., were used to satisfy the national standards for 3-star green building design on the aspects of land reservation, water conservation, energy and material saving, interior environmental quality, operation and management. In addition, the application of EMC mode provides favorable references for public-private partnership (PPP) mode effectively promoted the development of PPP mode.
