摘要
宜兴文化中心博物馆基坑开挖土层位于淤泥质土层,工程桩采用预应力高强管桩,施工前采用管井降水,修筑双轴水泥土搅拌桩临时运输道路,分层开挖、接力运土,地下室集水井等深坑部位采用高压旋喷桩围护,有效地解决了淤泥质土开挖过程中工程桩倾斜、滑移及断桩的问题。施工过程中,虽处于雨期,但深坑围护结构整体完好,确保了基坑开挖的顺利进行及工程桩的安全,取得了良好的效果。
The foundation pit excavation of the museum project of Yixing Cultural Center involved a silty soil stratum, so high-strength prestressed tubular piles were used. Before construction, tube well was used for dewatering and temporary transportation path for dual-axes soil-cement mixing piles was built to realize excavation on different layers and earth relay transportation. High-pressure rotary-spray pile enclosure was constructed in deep pits, such as basement sump pit, etc. These measures successfully solved the problems in excavation of silty soil, such as inclination, slippage and breaking of engineering piles. Although the construction encountered the raining season, the enclosure structure of the deep foundation pit was stable and smooth excavation of foundation pit was guaranteed, realizing favorable construction effects_
