摘要
按照国家和行业标准要求采用特低电压限值,是预防触电事故的有效措施之一。GB/T3805—2008《特低电压(ELV)限值》规定了稳态电压限值,由于"安全电压"的定义不够严谨,容易误导和产生歧义,因此,对人体没有危险的电压限值改为"特低电压",分析电流对人体的伤害,阐述对人体没有危险的特低电压限值,建筑施工现场供用电应合理地应用安全特低电压系统,可为编制供用电系统设计和施工方案时参考。
Using extra-low voltage limit value in accordance with national and industrial standard is one of effective measures to prevent electric shock accident. Steady state voltage limit value is specified in national standard Extra-low Voltage (ELV) Limit Value (GB/T3805-2008), however, misleading and ambiguous easily tend to happen due to rough definition of safety voltage, therefore, voltage limit value that is not harmful to people is changed to safety voltage. The harm that electricity could cause to people is firstly analyzed, followed by voltage limit value that is not harmful to people, and how to use safety extra-low voltage system of power supply and consumption at construction site is finally introduced, which can provide references for making power supply and consumption design and construction method of statement.
