目的研究慢性鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜下改良Swing-door技术钩突切除法的临床应用效果,为基层医院开展鼻内镜手术创造条件。方法对2012年11月至2013年6月我院收治的40例慢性鼻窦炎患者应用鼻内镜下改良Swing-door技术钩突切除法进行治疗。结果 40例患者共69侧鼻内镜手术,全部侧别的钩突均安全切除,即使鼻腔因二次手术缺乏解剖标志,上颌窦口也在较短时间一次开放成功,未发生1例眶内侧壁损伤,未发生1例鼻泪管损伤。结论改良Swing-door技术钩突切除法操作简单、并发症少,注重窦口区黏膜保护,损伤小,适宜在基层医院广泛推广。

Objective Study the clinic application effect of improvement technology of swing-door for uncinectomy for pa- tients with chronic sinusitis and create the conditions of nasal endoscopic surgery for primary hospital . Methods Totally 40 pa- tients with chronic sinusitis receiving improvement technology of swing-door for uncinectomy in our hospital from November 2012 to June 2013. Results 69 lateral uncinate processes were surgical excision safely by nasal endoscopic surgery in 40 patients, No case of orbital wall or naso-lacrimal duct injury happened. Conclusion Improvement technology of swing-door for uncinectomy is easy to operate and has less complication, It＇ s focus on protecting sinus mucous and has less injury, which suit to be widely used in primary hospital.
