优质护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术围手术期的应用价值

Application Value of High Quality Nursing in Perioperative Period of Ectopic Gestation Laparoscopic Surgery

目的分析优质护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术围手术期的应用价值。方法选取我院妇产科收住的180例接受腹腔镜手术的异位妊娠患者,采用随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例,观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的疼痛分级为Ⅲ级和Ⅵ级与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),出院1个月后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对异位妊娠腹腔镜手术的患者在围手术期应用优质护理可有效改善患者的疼痛,提高患者对护理的满意度,并且可以提高患者术后的生活质量,在临床上值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of high quality nursing in perioperative period of ectopic gestation laparoscopic surgery. Methods 180 cases of ectopic gestation patients who were received in the gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital for laparoscopic surgery and randomly divided into the observation group and control group with the random numeration ta-ble method,90 cases in each group. High quality nursing was employed in the observation group and routine nursing in the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results For the observation group,a significant difference exists with the ache class III and VI from that of the control group（P〈0. 05）and the nursing satisfaction is obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 01）. 1 month after leaving hospital,the life quality score is higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing to patients with laparoscopic surgery for ectopic gestation in the peri-operative period can effectively ease their pains,improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing and enhance their postoperative life quality,which is worth being popularized clinically.
