摘要 分析基于F-measure的网络布局评测算法的设计思想,通过计算F-measure中的查全率和查准率,优化目标函数,得到网络布局的定量评测结果,并给出评测算法的实现流程。使用网格布局算法对不同规模和迭代次数下的网络进行布局,在vis Ant可视化平台上的测试结果表明,该算法的评测结果与网格布局算法的布局结果一致,从而证明其有效性。 This paper analyzes the design idea of network layout evaluation algorithm based on the F-measure, calculates the recall ratio and precision ratio of F-measure, optimizes the objective function, gets the quantitative evaluation results of network layout, and gives the implementation process of evaluation algorithms. It uses the grid layout algorithm to make layout under different scale and different iterations. Test results on visAnt visualization platform show that the evaluation results of this algorithm are consistent with the grid layout algorithm, which proves its effectiveness.
