摘要
教师信息化教学效能感是教师对其能在真实教学情境中有效应用信息技术优化课堂教学、转变学生学习方式的能力的认知和信念,是影响信息技术与课堂教学深度融合的重要因素之一。采用自编量表对广东省240位高校教师进行调查,结果表明高校教师信息化教学效能感并不十分理想,且不存在性别、学历、职称等方面的差异,但存在教龄差异,并随教龄增加呈下降趋势。高校应深化制度建设与教学改革,激发教师高等教育信息化的主体意识;加强教学资源和环境建设,支持高校教师发展自身信息化教学能力;丰富信息化教学活动经验,增强教师自我效能感提升的内在动力。
Teachers' sense of informationization teaching efficacy which is one of the important factors affecting the deep integration of information technology and classroom teaching,is the cognition and belief about their ability of efficiently applying ICT to optimize the classroom teaching and change learning style in real teaching situation. The survey research of240 university teachers adapts a self- designed scale. The results show that the university teachers' sense of informationization teaching efficacy is not ideal,and there is no difference in gender,educational background,professional title etc. But school age has an affect on teachers' sense of informationization teaching efficacy that is decreased with age. Universities should deepen system construction and teaching reform,inspire teachers' subjective consciousness in higher education informationization; strengthen the teaching resources and environment construction,support university teachers to develop their own informationization teaching ability; enrich teaching experience,strengthen teachers' inherent dynamism to enhance self- efficacy.
