珲春国际合作示范区纺织业集群发展问题浅析

Analysis of Cluster Development of the Textile Industry in Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone

由于集群具有特殊性,并且虽然国内外对企业集群发展的研究日渐增多,但有些国外研究并不适用于我国,而国内研究的对象又主要集中在沿海发达地区,对欠发达地区的研究较少,所以珲春国际合作示范区纺织业的集群发展模式不可复制已存在的典型案例。纺织业是珲春国际合作示范区的重要支柱产业,但目前面临发展瓶颈,需要政府采取适当的政策干预和积极引导,而企业若想得到突破性的进步和发展,需要合作共赢,形成示范区内的产业链条,促进集群化发展。

Each industry cluster has its own particularity. It is not practical for the textile industry cluster in Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone to adopt any a- vailable model case since the researches concerned home and aboard cannot match up the present situation of the industry. As the pillar industry of the Zone, the textile industry is now approaching a bottleneck. Only with help of reasonable government＇s intervention and guidance and win-win cooperation could the industry make breakthroughs so as to form the industry chain and accelerate the cluster development.
