我国矿区循环经济技术发展研究

Circular Economy Technology Development of Mining Areas in China

煤矿作为我国能源发展的基础性产业,在我国国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位,近年来,煤矿所造成的污染日益增加,像地表沉陷、煤矸石弃置、矿井水污染等严重影响着煤矿的生产发展。本文从可持续发展理论和循环经济理论出发,分析了目前国内矿区在经济发展中存在的弊端,论述了矿区实现循环经济发展的必要性,并结合晋煤集团循环经济园区的成功案例,指出了几种循环经济的发展模式,并对实现循环经济的一些科学技术进行了介绍,而且还给出了作者的一些新的想法。

As a basic industry of energy development in China, coal mines play an important role in national economy. In recent years, pollution caused by coal mines, including surface subsidence, coal gangue dumping, and water contamination, has been seriously affecting production and development of mines. Based on the sustainable development and circular economy theory, the paper analyzes drawbacks occurring in the economic growth of domestic mines and argues the necessity of the circular economy. In combination with the successful cases in Circular Economic Park in Jincheng Coal Group, the paper also introduces some development patterns and specific techniques of the circular economy.
