航空煤油循环利用装置

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,航空业得到了迅猛的发展,飞机的整体油箱技术被广泛的应用于航空器。在机翼整体油箱的制造过程中,其内部可能存有大量的杂质,清洗工序就是要清除这些杂质,以满足其技术条件所要求的清洁度,保证飞机安全飞行^([1])。飞机油箱在清洗工程中需要多次清洗,但是每一次清洗都要用新的航空煤油并且清洗后将失去作用,而在下一次清洗时将换用新的航空煤油,在珠海通用飞机燃油试验器的清洗现场我们发现,清洗一架飞机至少损失掉上万元人民币的航空煤油,并且在能源日益枯竭的今天,确实让人心痛,为此,我们提出了航空煤油循环利用装置这一课题。 With the development of science and technology, the aviation industry has been rapid development, the overall structure design and manufacturing technology of aircraft fuel tank is widely used in aircraft. Technology of integral wing tank mainly used glue sealing riveting process, the cleaning process is one of the indispensable key process. In the process of manufacturing the wing tank, the internal dirt, grease, there may be cutting and rubber powder and other impurities, the cleaning process is to remove these impurities, in order to meet the requirements of the technical conditions of cleanliness, and ensure flight safety. Aircraft thel tank needs to be repeated cleaning in cleaning project, to ensure the tank cleaning, but each time the cleaning to be used for new aviation kerosene and after cleaning will lose their effect, and the new change of aviation kerosene in the next cleaning. Cleaning the scene in Zhuhai general aviation aircraft fuel test, it is found that the air kerosene wash a plane at least loss ten thousand yuan. In the energy exhausted today, really heartbreaking, to this end, the aviation kerosene tank cleaning cycle using the subject devices is proposed.
