This paper introduces a kind of control system for heavy rotacy grinding wheel based on OMRON PLC. According to the actual needs of rotary system, the whole design scheme and characteristics are introduced, the PLC and frequency converter and the application of system in terms of vibration, temperature measurement are described. Through practice, effectively improve the security and reliability of the entire organization, and is conducive to its equipment upgrading and transformation in the future.
