本文结合广东省第二中医院医疗综合楼建筑方案设计,引出了当前城市旧城区医院改扩建项目普遍所面临的技术难题:在受限的空间内既要兼顾城市严格的地区规划管控条件,又要满足医疗建筑本身的技术要求。本文深入介绍在医院改造和更新设计过程中遇到的实际问题,以及设计者如何从建筑布局及建筑设计方向提出问题的解决策略。实现了医院的改造更新与老城环境互为和谐生长,为相似旧城医院的改造与扩建提供解题思路。

Combined with architectural design assignment of Guangdong provincial second Chinese medicine hospital lo- cated in the center of Guangzhou old town, we would like to introduce a general discussion on issues which are always confronted widespread like we had. It＇ s not only about the satisfaction of strict urban control regulation, but also the sufficiency of technical requirement of medical building. This article will briefly explore the solving strategies to com- plexities of hospital expansion in old town, to achieve harmonious relationship between hospital＇ s functional expansion and sustainable environmental quality.
