生态城区规划与实践研究——以福州奥体片区为例

Eco- city Planning and Practice Research——Taking Fuzhou Olympic Area as an Example

近年来,福州进行了大规模的城市建设,在城市发展过程中面临很多实际问题,需要生态化的途径解决现实中面临的诸多问题。因此,借助青运会的契机,基于福州的自然地理特征,本文结合国内外案例经验与生态城区的现状,从城市空间布局、低碳交通、绿地与开放空间、低影响开发、绿色建筑、可再生能源与节能减排等方面构建指标体系,并细化为21个专业指标;以风道建设、低影响开发和林荫道建设为突破口对海峡奥体片区生态化状况进行评估,并提出预留风道、提升林荫路推广率和绿色出行分担率、建设下凹式绿地、屋顶绿化、渗透性铺装等简单有效,并具可操作性的实施策略。

In recent years, Fuzhou conducted a large -scale urban construction. Many practical problems arise in the process of urban development, and it needs ecological ways to solve. With the opportunity of Youth Games, based on Fuzhou natural geographic features, combining case experience at home and abroad and the present situation of the ec- ological city, this paper builds index system from six aspects of the urban space layout, low - carbon transportation, green and open space, low impact development, green building, renewable energy use and energy conservation, and refines into 21 professional indices. Taking wind road, low impact development, and greenway as a breach, it puts for- ward ecosystem assessment and implementation strategy, such as reserving ventilated corridor, promoting the proportion of avenue and green travel, constructing low elevation greenbelt, green roof, permeable pavement.
