摘要
传统的钻孔咬合桩采用套管钻机施工,但其有自身的局限性,特别是在坚硬地层中难以钻进。结合传统咬合桩工艺原理和旋挖钻进技术形成了一种新的适用性更强的基坑支护结构施工工法。通过对深基坑支护工程中采用旋挖成孔硬切割法施工咬合桩工艺的研究,结合工程实例详细介绍其施工工艺和原理,对其实际施工效果进行评价,并与比传统冲抓斗全套管钻机软切割法工艺进行对比。通过实践证明,旋挖成孔硬切割法施工咬合桩工艺是合理可行的,该工艺具有良好的社会和经济效益,施工工效高,成桩质量良好,适用于多种地层咬合桩成孔施工,具有广阔的应用前景。
Traditional drilling occlusive pile constructed by full foundation casing drilling has its own limitations, espe- cially it is difficult to drill in hard formations. Combined with the principle of traditional drilling occlusive pile technol- ogy and drilling technology of rotary drilling rig, a new and more applicability structure construction method of excava- tion engineering has performed. By study on drilling occlusive pile using rotary drilling rig hard cutting technology in deep excavation engineering, this paper introduces the technology principle and construction technology of occlusive pile using rotary drilling rig hard cutting in detail based on engineering example. Also, this paper evaluates its actual construction effects and compares with traditional occlusive pile using full casing foundation drilling soft cutting technol- ogy. Practice has proved that this technology was reasonable and feasible and it has broad application prospects as its good social and economic benefits, that is, fast construction efficiency, good quality of pile, suitable for multi stratum.
