摘要
工业厂房车间的空气质量是影响生产效率和人体热舒适的一个重要因素,利用自然通风改善一般性生产厂房车间的空气环境有着重要的意义,在满足人体热舒适要求的前提下,能节约生产成本,降低建筑能耗。通过采用STAR-CCM+软件,对浙江某一般性生产工业厂房车间的室内风环境进行了模拟分析,分析显示该车间外围护结构布局合理,空气流动畅通,可形成穿堂风,车间的换气效率较高,该厂房利用自然通风能满足生产使用要求。结果表明为一般性生产工业厂房做自然通风模拟分析可用于指导工业厂房车间合理布局与建设。
Industrial plant workshop air quality is an important factor which affecting the productivity and human thermal comfort, it has important significance to improve general production factory workshop air environment by use of natural ventilation, to meet the thermal comfort requirements of the premise, it can reduce production costs and reduce build- ing energy consumption. By using STAR- CCM + software, Zhejiang, a general production of industrial plant work- shop indoor air environment is simulated and analyzed, the analysis showed that the external structure workshop ration- al layout, the air flow unimpeded, which can form drafts, with High ventilation efficiency in workshop, the use of nat- ural ventilation plant can meet the production requirements in this plant. The results show that the simulation analysis for the general production of industrial plants can be used to guide the rational distribution of industrial plants and con- struction of the workshop.
