在市场经济条件下,建设工程材料价格信息管理工作有着不可或缺的作用,无论对政府工程造价管理机构,还是对工程建设各方主体,都需要材料价格信息。材料价格信息是了解建筑市场动态、确定招标控制价、进行投标报价与结算等工程计价的基础。本人从工作实践出发,总结建筑工程材料价格信息工作的现状、存在问题,并探讨了改进方法。

Under the condition of market economy, the information management of construction engineering material prices plays an indispensable role. The information of construction engineering material prices is demanded by not only the competent authority in administration of engineering cost but also the parties concerned in engineering construction, and is the basis for keeping track of the latest development of construction market and determining the controlling prices of bid ＆ tender and making the bidding quotation and settlement. Based on the work practice, the author summarizes the current situation and existing problems in the information management of construction engineering material prices, and explores the methods for improvement.
