摘要
本文针对某进口镗床出现的使用故障和稳定性问题进行维修处理。通过深层次剖析问题产生原因,同时克服缺少图纸资料的困难,创新采用机电结合的方式解决疑难问题,最终取得了良好效果,为以后同类设备修理提供技术借鉴和参考。
This paper is about repairing mechanical and electrical equipment based on the use failure and stability problems of some imported boring machine. By deep analyzed the cause of the prob- lem, overcame the difficulties of lack of design drawing, the problem and fault were finally resolved with adapting the method of combing the mechanical and electrical technic, and the result was ac- ceptable, and the same time it would be provide repairing reference for the same type of equipment.
