摘要
为了解决风力机叶片设计以及利用设计数据建模的问题,阐述了风力机叶片气动性能设计计算的主要方法以及Visual C++软件对整个计算进行编程的过程,通过举例运算的方法对比分析相应数据,并运用Solidworks软件对风力机叶片进行建模,分析了各种叶片建模方法的利弊,得到了叶片精确建模的方式和方法。分析结果表明,基于叶素动量理论的设计计算技术能准确地完成叶片模型设计过程,叶片设计精确程度取决于叶素分段数的多少。
In order to solve the problems in the design for wind turbine blade and in the modeling using design data,this paper expounds the main method for the design and calculation of aerodynamic performance of wind turbine blade and the programming process of the calculation with Visual C + +,compares the relevant data by examples,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of modeling methods through Solidworks,from which working out the accurate mode and method for blade modeling. The analysis result shows that the design and calculation based on dynamic stall theory can accurately design for blades,the accuracy of which depending on the number of stall sections.
