摘要
建立了简化后的三相五柱式电力变压器三维有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件分析了变压器的漏磁分布,通过有限元计算得到变压器油箱和金属结构件的涡流分布和损耗值。将求得结果与工程计算结果对比分析,验证了有限元计算方法的准确性,对三相五柱式电力变压器的设计和运行具有一定的实用价值。
This paper establishes the three dimensional finite element model of the three- phase and five columns power transformer after simplification,and by using of ANSYS,works out the eddy current distribution and total loss of transformer tank and metal structure on the base of the calculation and analysis of distribution of leakage magnetic field. Compared the obtained results with the engineering calculation it proves the accuracy of the finite element method,which has certain practical value to the design and operation of three- phase and five columns power transformer.
